Nadine Jansen As A Genie

KW 11.7 weeks Favos

Round 2 of weekly favorites. This week was marked by more natural, fresh make-up. My little helpers will be found here. There are also two old friends from Last week there. At the very end of the post (yes, you've got to first by the Make-Up Mist dig: P) you can find my book and my CD of the week.
Here we go!

The orange blush of last week was replaced this week by a red blush. He is from the Magic Forrest alverde LE (not available) and is called Magic Rose. It has a satin finish and the typical alverde smell, which is hardly noticeable.
And here is the first known from last week. This is the essence multi-action false lashes mascara in black (9ml content / approx € 2.75). I love them because they extended my lashes and compacted, but still not too extreme acts. So that it is not their name with justice, but is still in my view a brilliant mascara. I own them for quite a while, but paradoxically, it is always better the more it dries.
One of these products, which I dug out my collection again is the Nivea Tinted Moisturizing Cream in Hell (50ml/ca € 5). It is a bit dark, but when I blind well with my skin, it works beautifully. It evens out skin tone and has more transparent opacity. Since this week I was a bit lazy Foundation, but did not completely 'naked' go, it was the perfect replacement.
to Setten I used the CV 2in1 Powder and Make-Up in 10 Soft Ivory (9g/ca € 2). Alone and has applied with a sponge, this powder a (a powder) strong covering power and high-yellowish Untertröne what it makes me almost useless. I have this powder used only to consume it again. dusted with a fluffy powder brush over the tinted moisturizer, but it works very well. I will buy more it is not certain, but in combination with the moisturizer, I am very happy with it.
And another old friend: The essence shimmer powder 01 prettylicious (9g/ca € 3). Like last week, actually I will use up it's only, but may aufgtragen with the fingertips to the top of the cheekbones and under the eyebrow, I it very much. It smells slightly sweet, the odor can be applied to the skin, do not take it anymore.
CD of the Week: Annett Louisan unspoken. I like Anne Murray, and 4 have their albums. By far the best in my view, this is here. I love the way she does it airy and light music (based on the chanson-style) to combine with anything but light and airy texts. Well some songs are just amusing, but most have a message that stimulate me to think at least. Playing tips: No chance, Eve, Very unspoken, Who I really am.

This book is currently my holy grail: Simon Sebag Montefiore Catherine the Great and Prince Potemkin. A royal affair. (. Fischer. Paperbag 12.95 €)
Even though the title in German is therefore a little misleading: The book is not just about the love story between Prince Grigori Aleksandrovich Potemkin and Catherine the Great, but is actually a biography of Potemkin.
I am interested in the history of the Russian Empire, and very particularly it does since I know that the last Empress, who was murdered in 1918, originally from my hometown. Catherine the Great was originally the way, also German, and was supported by the Russian Empress Elizabeth, the English like their namesake remained unmarried and childless, chose as her successor. After the fall her husband Peter the III. she was Empress, and the history between her and Potemkin began. Until his death they were close to.
The book is written exceptionally well. Even the passages about the troop movements in the Russian-Turkish war have captivated me (and that's saying something). Big thumbs up! I'm not finished yet and I hope I have for some time in this wonderful book!
